return on investment. Every dollar spent with us will result in talent value. We recognize that the business world can change on a daily basis. If a search
changes or goes away completely, your investment with us remains active. No money
is ever lost. We feel it is essential to point out that with our retainer options
comes our one year replacement guarantee. It is for these reasons that most of our clients
opt with the performance retainer: retained search quality, commitment, and depth, no
financial risk, and a one year replacement
guarantee. How does it work?
- Seventy five percent of the total fee, billed solely on base salary and
sign-on bonus, is due only after a search has been successfully completed. Not to point out the obvious, but because seventy five percent of the fee
is tied to our successful performance, our clients are ensured a noticeable
sense of urgency and focus.
- This is a retainer and as such delivers the thoroughness and depth
expected of a retainer. We are retained with only twenty five percent of
the anticipated.
- The retainer fee is fully transferable to another search should our client
decide to change the search or cancel the search all together.
- Our client is assured that all resources available through Palm Isle
Search Consultants are utilized: research, direct recruiting, industry
knowledge and networks.
- We are not paid seventy five percent of our fee until the search is
completed and the twenty five percent retainer is transferable: 100%
Return On Investment - No Financial Risk.
Palm Isle Search Consultants wants to exceed your expectations. If the
Performance Retainer isn’t the option for you, let’s talk. We can suggest
other options that have been used by other clients in the past. Here are a
couple of examples:
Designed for companies that anticipate multiple searches
through out the year and want to assure our availability for these searches. Clients
pay a lump sum up front (usually based on number of anticipated searches). As each
search is completed the value of the fee that would have been associated with that search
is deducted from the lump sum. Because the Open Retainer represents another engagement
option with “skin in the game”, we extend our one year replacement
guarantee for this
option as well.
- Allows our clients to fix their budget and still attain their talent acquisition goals.
- Guarantees that Palm Isle Search Consultants are available when the need arises.
Contingency Search
- Contingency searches do not include a fee unless a candidate we have presented is hired for any position within a one year time frame.
- There is no cost in reviewing highly qualified candidates.
- While all contingency searches are treated as seriously and professionally as retained searches, understandably, they cannot be given the same priority as when a client has paid in advance for our services and resources.
