First and foremost, we feel it is absolutely essential to reiterate our no money lost guarantee.  There is no stronger guarantee in business than that of a guaranteed return on investment, and that is exactly what we offer.  Any money paid to Palm Isle Search Consultants WILL result in a return on investment.  If a search changes in scope, even to the point where we are essentially starting over, your engagement fee from our Performance Retainer will automatically be transferred to the re-defined search.  If a search goes away completely, your engagement fee will basically be “on account” to automatically be transferred to another search you are currently working on, or even one that will come up in the future (an even more extreme example of our commitment to protecting our client’s investment).  While it is not refundable, any money that ends up in “on account” status will be active for one full year.

Secondly, we offer highly competitive replacement guarantees. If any candidate we place resigns, or is terminated for performance related reasons, we will replace that candidate, in that same role, at no additional charge.  We typically extend this guarantee to you, our client, for a period of one full year from the date of placement.  This guarantee applies to Performance Retainers and Open Retainers.
